GYMGUYZ team members bring the energy, expertise and 365 pieces of equipment in our fully loaded vans right to the client's doorstep! We save our clients time, while providing a customized program that yield results in the privacy of their own homes. Our business runs on FUEL (Fun, Unity, Earnings & Leadership)! The personal trainer (fitness coach) will provide personal training to GYMGUYZ clients and may perform initial assessments of prospective clients. He or she must be able to adapt to various workplaces that include private homes, offices, parks or any setting of a client’s choice. Experience in group instruction is a plus. He or she will perform job responsibilities while promoting the core values, mission and culture of the GYMGUYZ team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement the workout program developed from the initial assessment Provide motivation and encouragement for each client
Follow protocol for assignment of clients to other team members as needed
Drive the GYMGUYZ van to client appointments
Participate in community events and other marketing/networking opportunities that promote GYMGUYZ
QUALIFICATIONS
High energy & a passion for fitness
Self-motivated
Able to work independently
Highly creative in program design
Certified through an accredited organization approved by GYMGUYZ (NASM certification preferred) Hold a current CPR Certification
