Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Enviroairsolutions, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing various projects aimed at enhancing air quality and environmental sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with financial forecasts. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project deliverables. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
