In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical client and account information while supporting internal teams through research, problem-solving, and data maintenance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.**What You'll Do*** Enter, update, and verify client and account information with a high degree of accuracy.* Conduct research and review business processes and data to identify and resolve discrepancies.* Troubleshoot issues using internal technology platforms and databases.* Respond professionally to phone, email, voicemail, and occasional in-person inquiries.* Partner with departments across the organization to maintain accurate account information.* Perform quality control reviews and accuracy checks to ensure data standards are met.* Assist with onboarding and training new associates on processes and procedures.* Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.# **What We Are Looking For*** Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Comfortable learning and utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and other technology tools.* Professional customer service mindset when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.**Location:** Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA (hybrid attendance model)**Hourly Rate:** $20-23/hour**Why Cambridge?** Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, well-being, and work-life balance.
