Onsite Project Coordinator - Field Verification

Job Summary

• Serve as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, onsite field teams, offshore/back-office teams, vendors, and site representatives .
• Coordinate daily onsite project execution, field walkdowns, documentation, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and issue resolution.

• Plan and coordinate:
  • Site sequencing
  • Mobilization/demobilization
  • Work-front readiness
  • Permit readiness
  • Document readiness
  • Site access
• Coordinate field walkdowns covering:
  • P&IDs
  • Plot Plans
  • Area Classification Drawings
  • Lease Flow Diagrams
  • Equipment tags
  • Major equipment
  • Instruments
  • Control valves
  • PSVs
  • Nameplate data
  • Approved photographs
• Ensure field teams use the latest drawings, templates, checklists, and approved markup procedures.
• Track field inputs and deliverables such as:
  • Red-lined drawings
  • Asset registers
  • PSV templates
  • Photo logs
  • Discrepancy reports
  • Query logs
  • Progress reports
• Coordinate resolution of client queries, missing information, tagging discrepancies, and field deviations .
• Maintain project trackers for:
  • Site readiness
  • Document receipt
  • Clarifications
  • Field completion
  • Deliverable status
  • Review comments
  • Action owners
  • Due dates and closure
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and project blockers .
• Coordinate with delivery leadership on resources, schedules, T&M governance, AFE tracking, and project scope .
• Maintain scope discipline and ensure activities remain within agreed project boundaries.
