Account RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Account Representative to join a wholesale company serving specialty retailers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, solving problems, and keeping details organized.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers by phone and electronic communication in a professional and helpful mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyRespond to account questions, order inquiries, and product-related requestsWork with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and confirm solutionsEnter and maintain accurate customer and order informationFollow up on orders and customer requests as neededUse Microsoft Office and other computer systems to complete daily tasksMaintain a high level of attention to detail while handling multiple prioritiesBuild positive working relationships with customers and team membersQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and confident phone mannerStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood problem-solving and follow-through skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers and coworkersComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelPrevious customer service, account management, order processing, or office experience preferredExcellent benefits after 3 month probation period including 100% paid medical/dental/vision, 401k (after 1 year) and PTO.
