Test Technician 3 - 2nd Shift

Job Overview Location: Chesapeake, VA (US-VA-CHESAPEAKE-305). Position: Test Technician. Shift: 2nd shift onsite. Training will take place on 1st shift for 6‑8 weeks. Responsibilities Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies. Document test procedures and results accurately. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain and calibrate test equipment. Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions. Qualifications High School diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training). Minimum four years of relevant experience in a testing environment. Experience with testing equipment and software. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred qualifications: Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions. Experience reading technical drawings and schematics. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment, and technical procedures. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
