Full-Time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

Full-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse supporting mothers and newborns in Grants, NM. Provide comprehensive care, monitor health, assist deliveries, and educate families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor and delivery

Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and manage pain

Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures

Educate patients and families on birthing process and postnatal care

Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in New Mexico

Minimum of 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification

Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
