Responsibilities Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day. Uses tools and products to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry. Greets each guest with a smile. Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members. Maintains an organized workspace and places laundry in dedicated areas. Shows keen attention to detail; keeps the place spotless. Uses the right tools to clean floors and powder rooms daily. Ensures sanitation, especially in damp and moist areas, with extra care. Keeps the break room tidy and dishes in the sink. Acts as a steward of the Woodhouse brand to ensure all areas meet core standards. Takes pride in work and ensures each guest has the best experience. Communicates frequently with hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
