Step into an impactful opportunity supporting early learners for the upcoming academic year! This contract role begins August 2026 and continues through June 2027, serving a K-2 caseload in a welcoming school environment near Derry, NH. You’ll provide speech-language therapy primarily to students with Autism, many of whom benefit from AAC devices, helping them find their voice and thrive in the classroom.

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including RBTs and paraprofessionals, ensuring a comprehensive support system is in place for each student. As part of a collaborative and caring staff, you’ll have the resources and encouragement to deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions. Caseloads are manageable—generally 10 or fewer students—allowing you to devote meaningful attention to each child’s progress.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC credential and state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience providing speech services in educational settings, especially with K-2 aged students
• Strong background in Autism Spectrum Disorders and use of AAC devices
• Collaborative and adaptable, eager to work alongside RBTs, paraprofessionals, teachers, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, RBTs, paras, and families for coordinated student care
• Track progress and provide ongoing reports
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom culture
