This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.**Key Responsibilities:*** Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians* Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers* Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions* Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements* Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise**Education and Experience:*** Over 3 years' relevant industry experience preferred* BPI Certification a plus**Compensation:**$32 - $35 / hour**DOT Requirements**If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.**Compensation Range****Currency****Type**HourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
