Manager, Market Access Data Strategy and Business Intelligence

Manager responsible for developing and executing data strategy for AbbVie's Market Access and Patient Services organization. Will oversee data architecture, business intelligence platform design, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data strategy plans supporting Market Access and Patient Services organization
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market access data architecture and optimize data pipelines
Design, build, and implement business intelligence platforms and analytics solutions
Establish BI standards, governance frameworks, and business rules for data accuracy
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or Operations
5+ years business intelligence, data analytics, or related experience
3-5 years independently leading projects
Knowledge of managed markets, PBMs, payors, pharmaceutical supply chain, and formulary data
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI), SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and ETL technologies
Experience with data modeling, dimensional models, and syndicated pharmaceutical data sources
Hands-on ability designing data pipelines and implementing analytics solutions
