PROCESSING SPECIALIST

ALPHA WARRANTY SERVICES INC

Job Details Location: South Jordan, UT 84095 Position Type: Full Time You will stretch your talents as you work to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our available products and services and successfully communicate with multiple departments to ensure compliance requirements are met. Your attention to detail and accurate work is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Enter and maintain agent and dealership information in company systems with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity. Review and process requests submitted by Sales and internal teams, identifying missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation and proactively following up as needed. Process agent commission updates and adjustments in accordance with approved requests, established guidelines, and compliance requirements. Ensure all agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to processing. Organize, maintain, and update records, files, and documentation in alignment with company policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls. Perform self-audits and quality checks to identify errors, reduce risk, and maintain high accuracy standards. Prioritize and manage incoming requests to meet daily service levels and project-based deadlines. Research and resolve processing issues by reviewing system data, following documented procedures, and collaborating with team members when needed. Monitor request outcomes and basic performance metrics using departmental tools, escalating issues or trends as appropriate. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on workflows, testing changes, and supporting process enhancements. Qualifications 1-3 years experience in data entry, processing, operations, or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. High attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and process data. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a professional, collaborative demeanor. Experience with CRM, workflow, or task‑tracking systems preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM). Basic understanding of operational processes, documentation standards, or compliance-driven environments. Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment, with a focus on accuracy and risk awareness. Ability to work quickly, learn new tools, systems, and procedures. Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or to escalade issues. Experience working in an office setting; prior experience with loan processing, sales support or dealership operations strongly preferred. Preferred experience supporting compliance-focused procedures, including documentation review, accuracy standards, and adherence to internal policies. Benefits Consistent Monday–Friday schedules.
