Infrastructure Architect

Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. Hands‑on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Operational Resiliency, or Technology Recovery programs. Experience developing and executing infrastructure recovery testing, failover testing, and restoration exercises. Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure components including: Compute Platforms Storage Systems SAN/Fabric Technologies Backup and Recovery Solutions Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, and cloud recovery strategies. Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills. Experience conducting risk assessments and driving remediation initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, executives, risk partners, and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Mainframe infrastructure knowledge (z/OS, Mainframe Storage, Mainframe Recovery, or related technologies). Experience supporting Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) or other mission‑critical environments. Knowledge of network architecture, storage architecture, and infrastructure dependency mapping. Experience with enterprise backup, replication, and recovery technologies. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational risk frameworks within large financial institutions. Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
