Warehouse Material HandlerAs a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and tracking of materials within the warehouse. This position involves operating equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate completion of paperwork.ResponsibilitiesMove materials within and around the warehouse.Track materials by tagging, inventorying, and documenting their weight and dimensions.Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.Sort and segregate distributions accurately.Operate warehouse equipment, including jacks and forklifts, following all safety procedures and protocols.Load and unload freight from trucks, vans, and other transportation vehicles, ensuring paperwork matches the loaded or unloaded items, and perform quality control on products for potential damage.Document and update disposal data to ensure dumpster usage is captured.Pick and pack materials/freight in a timely and orderly manner.Essential SkillsExperience with general labor tasks.Proficiency with RF scanners.Skills in order picking and material handling.Experience with warehouse packing.Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.Skills in labeling and shipping and receiving.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to operate equipment including a jack and a forklift.Why Work Here?We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
