Infant Care Advocate & Family Liaison

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking an Infant Case Manager to support postpartum MSS clients by coordinating access to health and social services and linking families to resources in the community. This advocacy-focused role emphasizes education and empowerment for new families.
