Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Work every other weekend as needed based on scheduling requirements
• Float to medical-surgical or intermediate care floors as needed; may also serve as a resource nurse in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Ability to float to medical-surgical, intermediate care floors, or the Emergency Department as a resource nurse

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Experience working in a float capacity across multiple units
