We're looking for people who share those values and want to grow with us.What you'll do:Receiving & inventoryUnload incoming shipments by hand or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksInspect deliveries for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisorStock and rotate product on shelves and in storage areas according to company proceduresMaintain accurate inventory counts and assist with periodic inventory auditsEnter receiving data into company software systemsShipping & order fulfillmentPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on timeLoad outbound shipments onto trucks; secure and verify loads before departureComplete shipping and receiving documentation accuratelyAssist customers in loading purchased products into their vehiclesEquipment operationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safelyPerform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisorKeep all equipment clean and in proper working conditionSafety & facility upkeepFollow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environmentSweep, mop, and perform general cleaning of warehouse and storage areasReport any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisor immediatelyWhat we are looking for:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior warehouse, logistics, or agricultural experience preferredForklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hireAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftBasic math and computer skills for inventory and documentation purposesDependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamComfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditionsWhy join us?
