Responsibilities:

• Assist with mobility, including walking, doctor’s appointments, and outings
• Plan and prepare meals as needed
• Provide medication reminders to ensure clients follow their prescribed schedules
• Support seniors and those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or accidents with daily tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and tidying
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Assist clients with shopping or accompany them on errands
• Help with daily living activities, including meal assistance and other essential tasks
• Promptly address client requests to ensure comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client-related activities and personal care

Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver/Companion
✔ Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care (for specific positions)
✔ Valid identification and required certifications (CNA or HHA)
✔ Level 2 Background Check
✔ Current CPR Certification
✔ Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-focused approach
✔ Ability to work independently and follow directions when needed
✔ Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
✔ Fluency in English is required. We strongly encourage applicants who speak additional languages to apply!
