Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

IDR is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves leading technical deployment and solutions architecture within a healthcare data environment, leveraging Palantir Foundry platform capabilities to support high-impact healthcare operational initiatives. Position Overview for the Senior Forward Deployed Engineer Serve as a technical leader at the intersection of Palantir Foundry's platform capabilities and complex healthcare data engagements. Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions, including pipelines, ontology models, and custom applications. Lead deployment strategies, stakeholder engagement, and drive platform adoption to deliver transformational operational outcomes. Mentor and guide a team of engineers, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Stay at the forefront of platform evolution and machine learning workflows to continuously enhance solution delivery. Requirements for the Senior Forward Deployed Engineer 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting, with at least 2+ years working with Palantir Foundry. Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas, Polars) and SQL; experience with TypeScript is highly valued. Deep understanding of the Foundry Ontology—object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and functions. Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable, production-grade data pipelines at an enterprise level. Experience building Workshop applications and/or OSDK-based applications, including React/TypeScript. What's in it for you?
