Overview We're an independent financial planning firm in Columbus looking for a licensed professional to join our team, help us serve our clients at the highest level, and grow into a full advisory role with us over time. The role is simple: step in, build real relationships with real people, and help us make a meaningful difference in their financial lives — all while expanding into a successful servicing advisor. No cold calling. Just working directly with clients who already trust us while we earn that trust every day. You would be responsible for delivering on our promise of our "white glove" client experience while also growing Firm Assets Under Management through thoughtful relationship building, client additions, and referrals. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service that exceeds every client expectation. This is a hybrid role where client service and financial advisory work happen together — not on separate days. Your day-to-day will include: Direct client interaction in office — face-to-face relationship building Warm calls to existing clients to check in, ensure needs are met, and invite them to upcoming events Identifying opportunities within service conversations to ask for referrals, add family members, or introduce additional planning Client meeting preparation and follow-through Quarterly reviews with existing clients Supporting the delivery of full Retirement Blueprints, Tax Strategies, and Income Plans A clear path from service into planning and eventually production — merit based What we\'re looking for: Series 65 and/or Life & Health license A commitment to excellence for yourself Someone who wants to grow, develop, and learn Genuine interest in people and long-term relationships over transactions If this sounds like the role you\'ve been looking for, reach out. #J-18808-Ljbffr
