Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in West Berlin, NJ. This position is responsible for overseeing daily order processing, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. The Logistics Coordinator manages inventory records, monitors stock levels, and works closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics workflows. Day-to-day tasks include updating systems with tracking information, resolving shipping or delivery issues, preparing documentation, and supporting continuous improvements in supply chain operations. The role also involves collaborating with customer service and sales to provide clear communication about order status and product availability. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track shipments, interpret logistics data, and identify process improvements. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers in a clear and professional manner. Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records, perform reconciliations, and support demand planning. Candidates should possess foundational Supply Chain Management skills to understand fulfillment processes, lead times, and vendor coordination. Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, reliability in handling time-sensitive tasks, proficiency with logistics or ERP software, basic Excel skills, and prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
