We are seeking an Internal and Family Medicine Physician in our Crofton, MD location! Doctors First is a tech-forward, corporate-backed practice with significant growth projections. We offer a total compensation package of $345K+, full clinical support staff, AI-driven tools, and a true worklife balance with no call, no hospital work, and no politics.

We currently operate 18 locations across Maryland, all in well-connected communities near three major airports. We are actively hiring Internal Medicine and Family Physicians to join our team.
At First Medical Associates, you'll see no more than 2.5 patients per hour, and with 99% of patients scheduled in advance, your days will be smooth and predictable. There are no procedures (no splinting, casting, or suturing), and you'll never take call. Just enjoy the practice of medicine in a supportive environment designed for physicians.
