Our client, a laboratory testing company driving product innovation, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, technical business environment. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced CSR who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and delivering high-quality customer support.

- Support customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment
- Troubleshoot customer questions using strong critical-thinking skills
- Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and documentation
- Clearly explain technical processes and requirements to customers
- Take detailed notes and document all interactions in an internal CRM
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- 3-5 years of customer service experience (technical environment preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking habits
- Naturally curious - asks good questions and thinks through problems
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms or internal databases
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- On-site team environment with hands-on support and training
- Exposure to technical processes and systems
- Opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance
