Principal Experience Architect

To support a growing design team, the full-time Principal Experience Architect will manage the end-to-end product interaction model and information architecture across Khan Academy's products, ensuring a cohesive user experience for students, teachers, parents, and district admins in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the product interaction model and related information architecture across multiple platforms Map and design user journeys that span various products and roles, identifying areas for improvement Act as a strategic advisor on the Design Leadership Team, guiding major product decisions for long-term coherence Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in product design, UX architecture, or UX strategy Strong expertise in information architecture and multi-platform interaction modeling Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams toward coherent design decisions Experience designing for complex environments with multiple user types and permissions Familiarity with K-12 education or regulated environments is a strong plus Virtual Vocations Inc
