Our Conroe facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America and operates 24/7 to meet high demand for our products. The plant includes a 300,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility, CNC machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a robust safety program that ensures employees return home safely after every shift. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Analyze and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization Conduct time studies and establish labor standards Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Six Sigma Develop capacity models and support production planning Improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision-making Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts Education & Experience Requirements B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 3–8 years of industrial engineering experience Hands‑on shop or manufacturing experience Benefits Competitive wages Opportunities for professional and personal growth and learning Great health & wellness benefits Vacation, sick & holiday pay NOV is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
