You'll be responsible for:Leading the team: Recruit, train, and mentor your fellow associates.Providing exceptional customer service: Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure your team is providing world-class service.Managing store operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards.Staying on top of trends: Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve our customers.We're looking for someone who is a true "people-person" and a natural leader.
