Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Epic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing medical records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and administer treatments as necessary.
• Document patient interactions and care in Epic system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license (Nursys).
• Valid Driver's License/State ID.
• Completion of Catholic Relias Color Vision assessment and additional health requirements.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records.
