Part-Time In-Home Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Care team on a part-time basis. The SLP will provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatments to patients in their homes, helping them improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders Provide skilled speech therapy services in the patient’s home environment Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Comply with all agency policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current CPR certification preferred Previous home health or geriatric experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Always Best Care of Greater Cleveland
