About the Role:
Necessary Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Greensburg, IN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
