Project Engineer

POSITION DETAILS:

• Under mentorship, will work on small capital projects
• Will become familiar with estimating, scheduling and revising forecast for plant executed projects within SAP
• May participate in process hazard reviews and ORI's
• Will perform field verification of equipment as assigned
• Ensure compliance with quality standards as outlined by Client
• Participate in Safety Program in alignment with Client Safety guidelines
• Attend Safety Kickoff Meeting with contractors and operations team prior to start of project execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S., Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred
• Position will work onsite at client location
• Ability to track and report on assigned projects
• Familiar with tools such as SAP
• Ability to coordinate with all disciplines, construction personnel as well as vendor personnel
• Must be able to travel 25-40%
• Prefer active TWIC, active Passport, active Safety Training
• Must be able to lift and carry up to (25) lbs.
• Must be physically able to conduct field trips to review equipment and engage with personnel
