Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense: Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education. Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing. Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing. Provide a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning. Make high-volume outbound calls and consistently follow up with leads. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Manage your pipeline and build client relationships that drive referrals. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Attend training and continuing education courses. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable and resourceful, and have a career-minded vision. Motivated, confident self-starter with a sense of urgency. Ability to create and maintain relationships from a cold start. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
