Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mail Room Clerk III for an Onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Reading, PA. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $18.00 per hour W2 Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Position Overview:
The Mail Room Clerk III performs various clerical and administrative duties within the Mail and Administrative Services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mail distribution, package delivery, data processing, and providing general administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Primary Responsibilities:

The Mail Room Clerk III performs various clerical and administrative duties within the Mail and Administrative Services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mail distribution, package delivery, data processing, and providing general administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and US mail
- Accept and deliver incoming packages (UPS/FedEx/Office Depot)
- Apply postage to outgoing mail and processes outgoing UPS shipments
- Perform various clerical, administrative and basic general duties including but not limited to data processing, record and file creation and maintenance, mail distribution, package delivery, telephone reception, invoice processing and administrative support for department
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to all aspects of safety
- Produce a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate office equipment and software
- Demonstrate sound internal and external customer service
- Focus on gaining knowledge of Mail Services/Admin Services activities, increasing their understanding of customer expectations, and improving their job skills
- Follow up with customers when appropriate
- Use effective communication skills with good judgment
- Support the department's administrative needs which may include maintaining of appointment calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 4-7 years work experience required
- Must possess proficient computer and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a questioning attitude to learn, produce results, and develop relationships
- Ability to follow established practices, procedures, and instructions, and produce basic administrative work products in a thorough, timely and accurate manner
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Possess excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful)
- Able to handle confidential information
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work load
- Should be able to safely lift and turn while holding up to 75lbs
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail is very important in this role
