Position Summary Beacon Hill is seeking Full‑Time Cook to join our team. Full‑time position scheduled at 30 hours/week with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Reporting Structure The Cook position reports to the Culinary Director. Location Beacon Hill 5300 Beacon Hill Road Minnetonka, MN 55345 Tucked into a wooded hillside in the small‑town neighborhood of Glen Lake, Beacon Hill assisted living community offers the best of both worlds: a quiet residential location with quick and easy access to and from the surrounding suburbs as well as downtown Minneapolis. Responsibilities The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education. Knowledge of State and Federal food‑handling regulations, including food service operations, strong desired. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
