Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing or related operating room specialty
• Valid RN license and current BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple patients and prioritize care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced surgical procedures or specialized equipment
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR)
• Prior experience in a hospital setting with surgical units

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• At least 2 years of OR nursing experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and surgical safety standards

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled hours (6:30 AM - 7 PM) on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with call responsibilities
• Willingness to work a 13-week assignment
• No local candidates within 50 miles; candidates must be willing to commute or relocate as necessary
• Valid licensure, certification, and applicable travel or license reimbursement support
