Our client, a well-established dental practice in Cleveland & Willoughby, Ohio, is looking to hire two Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to join their growing team. Schedule Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing. Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting. Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care. Review and update patient medical and dental histories. Maintain accurate electronic dental records. Follow OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines. Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a professional and welcoming environment. Qualifications Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Local anesthesia certification or willingness to obtain it (the practice will cover the certification cost if needed). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for preventive dentistry and providing outstanding patient care.
