IT Technician

Salary: $41,600 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 2 years of experience in helpdesk or other I.T. technical support.
• We are looking for hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Office 365/Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• We expect familiarity with Dell and HP server, desktop, and laptop hardware, plus Apple desktop and laptop systems and macOS.
• We require a solid understanding of Android and Apple mobile devices, TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and network infrastructure such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience with network cabling, including Cat6 and fiber, as well as VoIP phone systems, is needed.
• We need availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• We require participation in rotating on-call support evenings and weekends, one week out of every four.
• We need occasional after-hours project support and periodic long-distance travel within the US.
• We require reliable transportation for commuting and client visits, along with a smartphone.
• We need candidates who are willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
• We require the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and work in crawlspaces, attics, and other physically demanding environments.
• We need candidates who can climb ladders, use lifts, and work in hot, cold, dirty, and noisy conditions.

• We provide onsite technical support at client locations across the DFW area on a daily basis.
• We deliver remote support to clients throughout the US as part of our helpdesk team.
• We handle occasional project work outside normal business hours, including nights and weekends.
• We travel to client sites across the US a few times per year when project needs require it.
• We work closely with our team to troubleshoot, maintain, and support end-user systems and infrastructure.
• We respond to rotating on-call requests during evenings and weekends as scheduled.
