Primary Responsibilities Rendezvous Pointe is looking for a compassionate, kind-hearted and patient person, who loves to work with seniors. This role is responsible for providing direct in-home support to seniors and disabled community members to help them remain independent for as long as possible. Housekeeping: Perform light housework and maintain a safe, sanitary living environment for clients. Light housekeeping, laundry, linen change, and home organization in a one-on-one environment. Some basic meal preparation and planning may also be requested. Essential Errands: Assist with grocery shopping and other necessary errands. Wellness Monitoring: Evaluate and react appropriately to the needs of each senior, maintaining strict confidentiality. Caregiver Support: Caregiver support provides support to Caregivers who are caring for someone and just need a break. Other Duties: Evaluate and react appropriately to each senior. Complete orientation and ongoing training as directed. Complete all assigned tasks while staying within the care plan time limit. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must pass a pre-employment background check Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Provide high quality and warmhearted care to older adults and people with disabilities Work independently and as part of a team Communicate effectively – Both verbally and in writing Maintain client confidentiality Communicates and works with the seniors in a respectful manner #J-18808-Ljbffr PINEDALE II PROPERTIES LLC
