Our Fort Wayne Ashley Home Store team is growing and we want YOU!!

We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, sales driven and self motivated. We are looking for someone that enjoys talking and building relationships with guests and helping them create beautiful spaces by discovering their needs and giving them solutions. We do not require any previous sales experience for this position. We will spend one-on-one training time with you to ensure you are ready for success with Ashley HomeStores!

Requirements

High energy, passionate, and a fun “people person" with a strong work ethic and a “Can-Do" Attitude
Ability to manage time wisely with a constant focus on providing an exceptional experience for our customer
Professional, driven, positive, resilient and success focused
Strong commitment to both personal and professional integrity; building trust and loyalty with customers and co-workers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a great listener
Ability to work weekends and some evenings as part of a flexible full-time, 40 hour per week work schedule.
