As Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our team of skilled electricians.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in dispatching roles, minimum 2 years.

Must have experience in scheduling and dispatching with Service Titan.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, online forms, and inquiries from third-party apps promptly and courteously.

Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.

Schedule service appointments and manage the dispatch of electricians efficiently.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data.

Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules.

Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory.
