We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. What You’ll Do Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Document care in an electronic medical record system Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Required: Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas) ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Preferred Pediatric or home health experience Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy Bilingual Schedule & Flexibility Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan Short- and long-term disability CEU reimbursement Professional license reimbursement Tablet provided for documentation Flexible scheduling Ongoing training, mentorship, and support Employee perks including gym membership discounts Annual car giveaway Referral bonus program Our Mission We provide children and young adults with high-quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and professionalism.
