Banking & Finance Associate | Miami
A highly active finance practice is seeking a Banking & Finance associate to join its Miami office, with a particular focus on leveraged finance and private credit transactions.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of sponsor-backed and lender-side representations involving:
- direct lending,
- acquisition financings,
- private credit structures,
- syndicated facilities,
- refinancings,
- cross-border financings, and
- upper-middle market sponsor transactions.
The Miami platform continues to see significant investment and growth, particularly across sponsor and Latin America-linked deal flow.
This opportunity would suit associates looking for:
- sophisticated national and international work,
- increased client contact,
- a more entrepreneurial platform, and
- strong long-term market positioning within private capital.
Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years’ finance experience from a leading law firm environment.
