Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial intake to final placement.
• Partner with Clients to understand their unique hiring needs and workplace culture.
• Source Candidates Strategically, utilizing our proprietary CRM and your own network, alongside innovative communication tools.
• Utilize Our Advanced Platform to manage candidate interactions, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver long-lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
