Role: Project Manager(Enterprise Integration- JDE, IBM AS/400 & Salesforce)

Duration: Long term Contract

Location: Irvine, California(Hybrid- 3-4 Days/ Week in Office Setup)

Note: Team is looking for someone who has been part of Oracle fusion implementation and managed the integration to boundary systems

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise integration projects involving Oracle Fusion applications and connected business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise along with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, and Boomi. The role involves managing end-to-end integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Fusion integration projects from initiation through deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and boundary systems such Fusion- JDE sync, SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, or Procurement Cloud implementations.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of integration solutions using OIC, FBDI, and Boomi.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and solution review sessions.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with integration architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Drive issue resolution and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage offshore/onshore teams and vendor relationships.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or Projects.
  • Experience managing integrations using:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Web Services
  • Oracle ERP Cloud adapters
  • Boomi Integration Platform
  • Experience with integration tools/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid architecture

Project Management Skills

  • Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, and budgeting
  • Experience managing large, distributed teams
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders across geographies
  • Strong risk and issue management capabilities
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies..
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, or Procurement Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of EDI, B2B integrations, and managed file transfer solutions.
  • Experience in global rollout or transformation programs.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in critical project phases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
  • MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
