Program Management Support Specialist

We are hiring a Program Management Support Specialist to support key programs at NSWC Crane.The Project Management Support Specialist will support research and development efforts for Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) programs. Responsibilities Providing program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments Analyzing requirements, reviewing, and coordinating with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related material Compiling inputs and assisting in preparing presentation material Assisting in the management of master files/schedules related to the program Assisting in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives Coordinating the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action items Assisting with workflow management to complete tasks Performing all other position-related duties as assigned or requested Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance (note: U.S. Citizenship required for clearance) Preferred Requirements 5 years of MS Project experience Familiarity with C-UxS or layered sensor/defeat systems, and requirements development. Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate Compensation Details $65,000 - $75,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
