Business Enablement Consultant

Overview The Risk Strategy Enablement Analyst supports the Risk Strategy, Transformation and Operations (RSTO) function by enabling high‑quality, data‑driven executive storytelling and scalable risk communications. The role combines analytical capabilities with business intelligence, visualization and automation skills and provides flexible analyst and operational support across RSTO initiatives. Responsibilities Risk Executive Reporting & Communications Strategy Execution : Partner with RSTO leadership to translate risk strategy narratives into data‑backed insights, dashboards and executive‑ready materials; develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive and Board‑level risk discussions; apply data visualization best practices; support recurring RSTO communications such as scorecards, dashboards and progress summaries; assist in preparing materials for executive forums, risk committees and transformation governance meetings; collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders for reporting needs. Risk Strategy Enablement, Business Intelligence, Analytics & Automation Support : Support enterprise risk strategy and transformation initiatives through structured analysis, KPI development and progress tracking; design, build and maintain BI‑enabled dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); automate recurring reports and presentation inputs; integrate data from multiple sources including risk systems, BI platforms and Excel; support roadmap tracking, milestone reporting and KPI monitoring for risk transformation; assist with ad hoc analysis, documentation and data requests; support continuous improvement of risk reporting processes, tools and documentation; collaborate with risk, technology, analytics and operations partners for accurate and timely data and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably with professional services consultancy and/or corporate COO or Chief of Staff teams. At least 3 years of Business Intelligence analysis and reporting experience, with 2 years of Tableau dashboard development and Tableau Server deployment. Strong analytical and business skills, ability to translate stakeholder input into clear descriptive stories. Proficiency in SQL and Business Objects tools. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, interacting professionally with executives, managers and subject matter experts. High attention to detail. Physical Requirements Normal office environment; primarily sedentary with extensive use of a computer; sits for periods of approximately four hours; occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching; able to lift 10 pounds occasionally. Compensation $76,000 – $95,000 USD per year (Phoenix, AZ). Eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
