Your relationship-building and communication skills will help deepen client connections and create meaningful impacts into the lives of the people and communities you serve.Schwab Training and DevelopmentTo set you up for success, you'll complete our comprehensive training through Wealth Management University, a four-week virtual experience led by live facilitators, followed by an immersive weeklong bootcamp to connect with peers and learn from experts.After completing Wealth Management University, your individualized development continues through hands-on training and mentorship within your branch. As you continue to build relationships and grow your book of business, your compensation will increase—rewarding your commitment and tenure in the role with greater earning opportunities over time.What you haveThe expertise you bring:A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license requiredObtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job.CFP® Certification is a plus.
