As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Derksen Dentistry 2410 Lake Lansing Rd #2, Lansing, MI 48912 Schedule Monday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Our dedicated team includes: One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator Two FT Front Desk Coordinators Four FT Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call) Additional Information: Time allotted for procedures NP - 1 hour SRP (2 quads) - 1.5 hours Prophy - 60 min - adult, 30 min - child Average # of patients per day - 8 Morning Huddle? - yes - M - W Insurances accepted? FFS? - yes, Delta Dental, accepts others, FFS Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required/ Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Full-Time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
