You will: Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems including central air, ductless splits, VRF systems, and gas/electric heating Provide clear and courteous communication with homeowners and clients Ensure all work is completed safely and meets required standards Use ServiceTitan software to document service visits and updates Rotate in emergency service calls as part of the on‑call team Hiring Expectations: Apply today to schedule a short phone conversation. We’ll discuss your experience, goals, and what a future with Airtronics could look like. 5 or more years of hands‑on experience in HVAC diagnostics and repair Expertise in troubleshooting both central and split systems Universal EPA Certification OSHA 30, SST, and F60/G60 certifications, or willingness to obtain High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Airtronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
