About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Sales to lead the commercial transformation of its Ametris business. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing the commercial strategy, expanding into new markets, and building strategic partnerships to create predictable revenue growth. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, and a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical clinical trials process and the CRO landscape. The SVP will be tasked with evolving and executing the commercial strategy, including sales processes, marketing approaches, and market segmentation, and will be expected to build and sustain a customer-centric, evidence-based commercial culture. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercializing evidence-based clinical technology solutions and a strong background in leading high-performing sales organizations. They should be adept at driving pipeline growth through consultative commercial leadership and be fluent in AI, with the ability to engage customers and partners on the competitive advantages of AI-enabled analytics. The role demands exceptional leadership skills, a clear go-to-market strategy mindset, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes. Experience with decentralized clinical trial or remote patient monitoring platforms, as well as familiarity with FDA-cleared or CE-marked digital biomarker products, is a plus. The SVP will also be expected to collaborate with the executive leadership team to align the commercial strategy with the broader corporate platform and to prepare for long-term integration across the combined company.
