HR Generalist

C & H Solutions is looking for a skilled Human Resource professional to join their growing operation. Human Resource Generalist Compensation & Benefits $68,000-$90,000 per year Paid weekly Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and AD&D HSA, FSA Medical and Childcare, HRA 401K Paid Holidays PTO Human Resource Generalist Job Duties Manages timecards and processes payroll weekly. Audits payroll deductions and reconciles them against vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications. Assists with recruiting, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Implements new hire orientation and onboarding program. Schedules pre-employment and post-accident drug and alcohol testing and physicals. Performs routine tasks required to administer compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale. Assist with the insurance renewal process and open enrollment. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Collaborates well with Leadership and Ownership to create and implement policies, procedures and goals. Manages worker's compensation claims. Assist with workers' compensation audits, general liability audits, and other audits as required. Performs other duties as assigned. The Human Resource Generalist will be subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, as well as a pre-employment physical. Human Resource Generalist Schedule Hours may vary based on employee/organization needs. Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nights and weekends as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
